Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection we will gladly refund the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days. 

Original shipping, duties, taxes and handling fees are not refundable.

Please note that for both returns and exchanges we can only issue a credit once we have received the merchandise. We can only issue a return or exchange on merchandise that has not been washed or worn.

How to Return/Exchange Merchandise

1) We do not require a return authorization number simply call 1-888-223-3003 or email orders@ezzeweardirect.com for a return/exchange form to include with your unused and unwashed item within 14 days. 

2) Fill out the return/exchange form and include it with your return package. Please be sure to indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. 

3) Be certain to include your name, address, postal code, telephone number, and email address (if you have one). 

4) Please send your return package back to us by insured mail. The fee for shipping the package back to us must be paid by the customer. We are not able to accept "Bill Recipient" packages. US and international customers are responsible for duties and taxes before returning their package. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

 5) For exchanges please include any price difference with your return. 

 6) We will ship your new order to you by Canada Post. 

7) If you are in a hurry for your exchange you can always call and place a new order. We will charge your card for the new order and will issue a credit when your return in processed.
